Confessions by Saint Augustine, originally in Latin, translated by many, I personally have read the Penguin Classic translated by R.S. Pine-Coffin into English. It has been translated to many languages around the world and I know for a fact that it has at least been translated into Korean though I am not sure of the quality of the translation since I am not fluent in Korean.
