Jesus Death on Calvery

Jesus’ death on Calvery is the culminating event of the Jewish religion, even if they don’t admit recognizing it as such.  Many Jewish Rabbis, as I understand, rarely speak of one chapter of the book of the prophet Isaiah because it so clearly identifies Christ by how badly he is treated and related to by people of his time. He is the Messiahs they have spent their whole history preparing for.  The fact is some books in the bible said that the God of the Jews would one day be great among the gentiles, and the relegation of Jews to just another race among the world instead of the “chosen” people rubbed them the wrong way.  But the fact that this happened was the fault of the Jews not recognizing Him when He came and venerating Him as they should have.

Jesus’ death is what made restitution to God for all of mankind for the offense of the original sin!
