The book “Moral Theology” by Rev. Heribert Jone, O.F.M. CAP., J.C.D. englished and adapted to the laws and customs of the United States of America by Rev. Urban Adelman, O.F.M. CAP., J.C.D. is structured to be of help to the parish priest but can be used, in my opinion, by those with at least a college education to answer any pressing questions they might have concerning Moral Theology. It is separated into 3 books: 1) First Principals, 2) The Commandments and 3) The Sacraments. For a more in-depth treatment “Moral Theology: A Complete Course” By John A. McHuge, O.P.and Charles J Callan, O.P. revised and enlarged by Edward P. Farrell., O.P in 2 Volumes is a better option.
