I am not a doctor (so don’t take this as medical advice but a call to read a book by an independent health researcher and do your own research) but so much has been coming out lately on Nitrous Oxide (NO) and how it is good for everything from lowering blood pressure to increasing male libido. Like the whole “you need to take a COVID shot” turned out to be a hoax (for at least people below the age of 29), there is a contrary argument that says NO may be an oxidant which causes cell damage, if overdone. A book entitled “The Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue” by Mark Sloane suggested to me by a real doctor (general practitioner M.D. type) at my parish, argues the natural and best vasodilator is carbon dioxide (CO2) which tends to build up during moderate exercise, and after moderate exercise I have found my blood pressure to go down and seem to have no problems in other areas NO is said to be helpful in, given that I run almost every other day.
